Summer Season, 5/1/08 - 9/14/08  (Saturday - Saturday)

Summer Season Weekly Rate for Villa #1, a 2b2b, is $800, with tax and cleaning fee the total would be $966.88.

Summer Season Weekly Rate for Villa #3, a 3b2b, is $900, with tax and cleaning fee the total would be $1,077.38.

Summer Season Weekly Rate for Villa #4, a 2b2b, is $900, with tax and cleaning fee the total would be $1,077.28.

Summer Season Weekly Rate for Villa #5, a 2b2b, is $1000, with tax and cleaning fee the total would be $1,187.88.

Summer Season Weekly Rate for Villa #2, a 1b1b, is $600,  with tax and cleaning fee the total would be $745.88.

Peak Season Weekly Rate for Villa #3, a 3b2b is $1,000 with tax & cleaning fee the total would be $1,187.88.

Peak Season Weekly Rate for Villa #4, a 2b2b is $1,000 with tax & cleaning fee the total would be $1,187.88.

Peak Season Weekly Rate for Villa #5, a 2b2b is $1,100 with tax & cleaning fee the total would be $1,298.38.

Peak Season Weekly Rate for Villa #2, a 1b1b is $700 with tax & cleaning fee the total would be $856.38.

Nightly Rental Rate - $200.00        Villa #5

Nightly Rental Rate - $150.00        Villa #1,#2,#6  

 

April, June and July, we must reserve our villas Saturday - Saturday. 

During other times of the year, we can be flexible, depending on our availability.     

All nightly stays require a 3 night minimum unless approved by owner.

 

OTHER CHARGES
Weekly Reservation Deposit              $250.00
Monthly Reservation Deposit             $500.00
Standard Exit Cleaning Fee                $  75.00
Florida State Tax & Resort Tax             10.5%
Security Deposit  $250.00   (Refundable provided no damage)

Cancellation Fee  $150.00 - This applies when the reservation is made.

If cancellation is made within 90 days of arrival, we reserve the right to keep 100% of the rental rate unless the villa is able to be rebooked at an equal rate.

All rates subject to change without notice.
