Villa #4 is one of our newly constructed villas. This two bedroom, two bath villa offers an incredible value.

It has a bright decor throughout with wonderful views from the front entrance to the Master Bedroom. This villa overlooks the swimming pool and the beautiful blue peaceful water of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, double dresser and mirror with plenty of drawer and closet space. There is also remote-controlled, Cable TV in the Master Bedroom. For your relaxation, we have furnished a beautiful jacuzzi tub uniquely placed in the corner of the master bedroom! The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, a night table and lamp, a double dresser and mirror. It also has ample closet and drawer space.

There is a separate Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room, all very spacious, furnished with all the comforts of home and nicely decorated. This villa, like all of our villas, has a private one-car garage and a balcony overlooking the pool with table and chairs. This villa is smoke-free and unfortunately, will not accommodate a pet. You will enjoy the spaciousness, comfort and view from this villa.
