Villa #5 is one of our newly constructed villas. This villas by far offers the best value we have. It is a sweet choice for the honeymoon couple or a special anniversary getaway! One special feature of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa includes 10ft ceilings that amplify the beauty of this villa.

This is the only villa (of all 5) that has access to a 4th story roof top balcony where you will enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful and peaceful Gulf Of Mexico and the Intercoastal waterway. What a spectacular sunset you may see!

Like villa #4, it has a bright decor throughout with wonderful views from the front entrance to the Master Bedroom. This villa's balcony overlooks the swimming pool and the beautiful blue peaceful water of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, double dresser and mirror with plenty of drawer and closet space. There is also remote-controlled, Cable TV in the Master Bedroom. For your relaxation, we have furnished a beautiful jacuzzi tub uniquely placed in the corner of the master bedroom.

The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, a night table and lamp, a double dresser and mirror. It also has ample closet and drawer space.

There is a separate Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room, all very spacious, furnished with all the comforts of home and nicely decorated. Villa 5, like all of our villas, has a private one-car garage and a balcony overlooking the pool with table and chairs. This villa is smoke-free and unfortunately, will not accommodate a pet. You will enjoy the spaciousness, comfort and view from this villa. Spectacular sunsets have been seen from the small 4th story rooftop Sunset Balcony!
